Improve slider widget styling. (#2444)

Browse source 
* Overhaul slider styling

* Add `border`  attribute to `Rail`
* Replace `color` attribute with `background` for handle

* Replace `colors` with `backgrounds` for the Rail.

* code consistency

* remove unused import
