Introduce center widget helper 
... and also make `center_x` and `center_y` set
`width` and `height` to `Length::Fill`, respectively.

This targets the most common use case when centering
things and removes a bunch of boilerplate as a result.

Combo-Box

A dropdown list of searchable and selectable options.

It displays and positions an overlay based on the window position of the widget.

The main file contains all the code of the example.

You can run it with cargo run:

cargo run --package combo_box
