Héctor Ramón Jiménez f30a666dc8 Decouple cursor_position from Cache 
Instead, we ask explicitly for it in the different `update` and `draw` methods.
This way, the runtime can derive the logical position of the cursor from
the source of truth.

Integration

A demonstration of how to integrate Iced in an existing graphical application.

The main file contains all the code of the example.

You can run it with cargo run:

cargo run --package integration
